Egg is the best and most excellent  source of protein. The yolk is rich in fat and full of  protein which is extremely moisturizing and healthy for a gorgeous mane. The egg white is packed with  bacteria eating enzymes that are essential for cleansing  your hair and scalp.

Points to note:
Use a full egg for normal to dry hair.
For oily hair and scalp, use only whites.

The egg alone works great for the hair, but if you want extra care, you may add other protein rich ingredients to your egg mask.

Egg-Mask-For-Hair

This treatment can be used every two weeks or once a month.

Take one egg or two depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Beat until frothy and apply it your hair and scalp.  Cover with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water and shampoo. Add a few drops of lemon juice  to the mix if you find the smell of egg unpleasant and unbearable.
