1Heat oil and fry onion until become golden, now add meat, tomatoes, turmeric coriander and cumin powder with salt and fry meat in onions for one minute, now add one and half cup water and cook until meat become tender.
2Now stir until oil come out on surface of meat, now add gourd/lok cubes, chopped green chilies and half cup water, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
3Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on serving time.
4You can add one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste in frying time, but its optional.
5Serve with any type of bead and rice.
