Boti Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

Beef boti-1 kg

Red Pepper Powder-1 tbsp

White Cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua)-1 tsp

Lemon-3

Oil-1/2 cup

Yogurt-1/2 cup

Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp

Papaya (kacha papita)-2 tbsp with skin Salt-to taste

Directions

1Wash the met and add yogurt, salt, red pepper, payaya, ginger/garlic paste, cumin, lemon syrup and marinate it.

2Leave it for 1 hour.

3After 1 hour take seekh put boti in it and cook it.

4Your Boti kabab are ready to serve.
