    Chicken Bihari Roll

    Ingredients

    1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)

    1/2 cups Yogurt

    2 tsp Papaya Paste

    4 tbsp Mustard Oil

    2 tsp Garlic paste

    2 tsp Poppy Seeds Powder

    1 tsp Desiccated Coconut

    1/2 tsp Salt

    1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

    1/2 cup Oil

    Directions

    1Mix the yogurt, papaya paste, mustard oil, desiccated coconut, red chili powder, crushed red chilies, poppy seeds powder, garlic, garam masala powder, salt together into a mixture.

    2Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it in the mixture.

    3Thread the marinated chicken cubes on a shashlik stick.

    4In a pan, heat oil and fry the cubes until golden brown.

    5Now roll the cubes in a parathay and enjoy!
