Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

Chocolate cake slices (half pound)

Cream (100 gm) optional

Milk (500 gm) separate 4 tablespoon for mixing of cornstarch from milk

Corn starch (two tablespoons full)

Sugar (four tablespoons or as per taste)

Chocolate balls or bars; for decoration

Directions

1Boil milk , but mix cornstarch with four tablespoons cold milk before.

2Add sugar and mixed cornstarch in milk, stir continuously for five minutes then stop cooking, let it cool down on room temperature. (mix cream on this stage if you like)

3Spread cake in serving bowl evenly and pour milk liquid on it, decorate with chocolate bar or balls as you like and refrigerate it for one hour.
