1Grind fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, garlic, cumin seed and lemon juice to make a chutney.
2Take bread slices and spread butter evenly on each slices, now spread chutney on the slices.
3Arrange tomato and cucumber slices and bring together the bread slices to form a sandwich.
4Slice and serve.
