Ingredients

DOUGH

2 cups Flour

2 tbsp Butter

1 pinch Salt

Cooking oil

FILLINGS

1 cup Boiled Gram Lentil

1 tbsp Roasted Cumin

4-6 Red Chilies

1 pinch Salt

Directions

1Take a mixing bowl and add in the flours, butter and some salt. Mix it well and knit the dough

2Mince together the boiled gram lentil, roasted and crushed cumin, red chilies . Add some salt.

3Small balls of the dough and fill in grinded gram lentil and leave it for some time.

4Roll them and fry them at a low flame. Serve with chutney.
