Fried Chicken Kalonji

Ingredients

1 kg Chicken pieces

1 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

½ cup Yogurt

1 Onion (grounded)

¼ tsp Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Maize (grinded)

1/2 tsp Green Cardamom

1/2 tsp Mixed spice

1 tbsp Nigella seeds

1/4 cup Cooking oil

2 tsp Coriander leaves

Directions

1Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients apart from oil and coriander leaves and leav it for 30 minutes.

2Preheat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces .

3Cover the pan and cook till done.

4Take the pieces out and soak the oil out.

5Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
