1Mix together corn flour with flour to form a thick batter
2Peel and boil potatoes until half done. Dip in batter and deep fry them until light golden. Add crushed garlic and green chilies.
3Mix lemon juice, black pepper,all the sauces, curry leaves and food color with quarter cup water.
4Add the mixture with the fried potatoes. Cook till potatoes coated with the mixture. Serve hot.
