1Soak the rice for half an hour.
2Slice the onions and tomatoes
3Heat the oil
4Fry the onions, tomatoes together.
5Add salt, red chilly powder and garam masala
6When it gives an aroma add the rice
7Double the amount of water
8Cover it and heat on medium flame
9When the rice is tender and cooked fold it before serving on a plate
10Can also be eaten with raita and cachumber.
