    Meetha Paratha

    Ingredients

    Wheat flour : 3 cups

    Milk : 1 cup

    Sugar : 1 cup

    Eggs : 2

    Baking powder : 1 pinch

    Ghee : as required

    Directions

    1In bowl, add 3 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup milk and add water for making the mixture thin and smooth,

    2 Take another bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them,

    3 Now slowly add sugar and baking powder and beat the mixture till it gets bubbles on the top,

    4 Now add the eggs mixture on the wheat mixture, mix them together,

    5 Take a pan add ghee, and heat it up on low flame,

    6 Pour the mixture slowly on the pan with the help of a pouring cup then cook for 5 mins,

    7Flip the paratha and cook, take it off the pan when golden brown.
