Potato Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes (250 g)

Mozzarella cheese (cut cheese block in sticks just like finger chips 5 to 6)

White pepper powder (half teaspoon)

Beaten eggs (one)

Bread crumbs (one cup)

Salt (as per taste)

Oil (for deep fry)

Directions

1Peel and mash boiled potatoes in a bowl, add salt and white pepper and mix.

2Cut cheese block in sticks just like finger chips about 2 inches long half inch thick.

3Make rolls with potato mixture and stuff each stick in center and roll in shape.

4In beaten egg dip potato roll and then coat in breadcrumbs.

5Deep fry evenly in hot oil until golden brown.

6Serve hot with your favorite sauce or ketchup
