Tandoori Fish

Ingredients

Boneless fish (250 g)

Yogurt (half cup)

Paprika (one teaspoon)

Lemon juice (one tablespoon)

Crushed garlic (one teaspoon)

Salt (as per taste)

Oil (few drops)

Directions

1Make cubes, finger or fillet of boneless fish (kingfish is good for this recipe) and marinade them in all ingredients for 10 minutes.

2Bake in preheat oven (slow heat) for 30 minutes until fish pieces becomes dry (use heatproof pan like pyrex).

3Serve with roti, paratha, rice, roll, and your favorite sauce.
