Fried Chicken Kalonji

 1 kg Chicken pieces
 1 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 ½ cup Yogurt
 1 Onion (grounded)
 ¼ tsp Nutmeg
 0.25 tsp Maize (grinded)
 0.50 tsp Green Cardamom
 0.50 tsp Mixed spice
 1 tbsp Nigella seeds
 0.25 cup Cooking oil
 2 tsp Coriander leaves

Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients apart from oil and coriander leaves and leav it for 30 minutes.

Preheat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces .

Cover the pan and cook till done.

Take the pieces out and soak the oil out.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
