Fried Fish

 Fish any form fillet, cubes, boneless (250 g)
 Crushed garlic (one tablespoon full)
 Lemon juice (two tablespoon)
 Crushed red chilies (two tablespoon full)
 Garam masala powder (one teaspoon)
 Salt (as per taste)
 Cumin seeds (two tablespoon full)
 Coriander seeds (two tablespoon full)

Marinade fish in crushed garlic lemon juice and salt for half an hour.

Roughly grind red chilies, cumin and coriander in a grinder and mix garam masala powder and salt too.

Deep fry marinated fish (crispy golden brown) remove from oil and coat in ground spice from both sides.

[serve with your favorite sauce and rice, paratha, roti]
