Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

 Potatoes- 2 (boiled)
 Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
 Cabbage- ½ cup (finely chopped)
 Beetroot- 2tsp (finely chopped)
 Green peas- 2tbsp (boiled)
 Green chillies- 3-4 (chopped)
 Garam masala- 1tsp
 Red chilli powder- 1tsp
 Chaat masala- 1tsp
 Black pepper powder- 1tsp
 Breadcrumbs- 4tbsp
 Salt- as per taste
 Oil- 1-2 tbsp

In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, green peas until smooth.

Add chopped onions, beetroot green chillies and mix well.

Now sprinkle the red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well with a spoon so that the masala is evenly mixed.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius at convection mode.

Now, apply oil on your palms and make small cutlets with the paste.

Grease a microwave dish with oil and then place these cutlets.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Re-position at times to allow even baking. Once the cutlets become golden brown, take them out.

Serve it with garlic sauce
